Louis Biancone has been an attorney for over thirty-five years, admitted in the State and Federal Courts of New York and New Jersey. Formerly a partner at Saxe, Bacon & Bolan, P.C., Mr. Biancone was in solo practice from 1988 until founding Biancone & Wilinsky, LLP in 1997 with Thomas B. Wilinsky.

Mr. Biancone has substantial civil litigation experience, including appeals to the appellate divisions of the States of New York and New Jersey, the Court of Appeals of New York and the Supreme Court of New Jersey, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Mr. Biancone’s litigation practice has also included construction litigation for major real estate developers including The Trump Organization and Cohen Brothers Realty Corporation. Mr. Biancone’s practice is also concentrated in commercial and real estate transactions. He holds Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor degrees from Fordham University and is licensed as a real estate broker in the State of New York. Mr. Biancone has been awarded an AV rating for his professionalism and the quality of his legal work from Martindale-Hubbell, the premier directory of legal professionals. Additionally, Mr. Biancone was selected as a 2013 Top Rated Lawyer in Commercial Litigation by American Lawyer Media and Martindale-Hubbell.

Mr. Biancone has, since representing the legendary Studio 54, represented a host of nightclubs, restaurants and celebrity chefs. For more than 20 years, Mr. Biancone represented the famed China Club in New York City, as well as its affiliates in Hollywood, Miami, Chicago and Aspen. In addition, Mr. Biancone has represented numerous celebrity chefs including Charlie Palmer, Rick Moonen and Don Pintabona, as well as dozens of successful restaurants and hotels, including restaurant-related activities at The Pierre Hotel and The Lombardy Hotel in New York City and The James Hotel in Chicago.

Mr. Biancone has also represented mid-cap companies in various industries, including Tel-A-Car of New York, LLC, for which Mr. Biancone has acted as counsel with respect to various regulatory matters, including the preparation and filing of the company’s annual Franchise Disclosure Document, in compliance with state and federal law.

In addition to the practice of law, Mr. Biancone is an owner and member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of Brooklake Country Club, a privately owned golf, tennis and health club in Florham Park, New Jersey.
