Louis Biancone has been an attorney for over twenty-five years, admitted in the State and Federal Courts of New York and New Jersey. Formerly a partner at Saxe, Bacon & Bolan, P.C. until 1987, Mr. Biancone was in solo practice from 1988 through to the founding of Biancone & Wilinsky, LLP. Mr. Biancone has substantial civil litigation experience, including appeals to the Court Appeals of New York and the Supreme Court of New Jersey, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Mr. Biancone also concentrates in commercial and real estate transactions. He holds a bachelor of arts and a juris doctor degree from Fordham University. In addition, Mr. Biancone is an owner and member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of Brooklake Country Club a privately owned golf, tennis and health club in Florham Park, New Jersey.
Thomas B. Wilinsky has practiced as a litigator for more than ten years. A 1991 graduate of New York University School of Law, where he was a staff editor of the New York University Review of Law and Social Change, Mr. Wilinsky was a law clerk to the Hon. Barbara A. Lee, United States Magistrate Judge in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York from 1991 to 1993. From 1993 to 1997, Mr. Wilinsky was associated with Leventhal & Slade, a federal litigation boutique. Mr. Wilinsky concentrates in commercial, employment and intellectual property litigation. Reported cases include Harlem Commonwealth Council, Inc. v. Thomas Memorial Wesley an Methodist Church, 782 N.Y.S. 2d 83 (1st Dep't 2004); In re Crazy Eddie Securities Litigation, 948 F. Supp. 1154 (E.D.N.Y. 1996).
